Squid, Shiitake Mushrooms & Basil Stir Fry
Squid, Shiitake Mushrooms & Basil Stir Fry have rich, buttery, meaty flavour, which balances the almonds which are crunchy lightness of thai basil in this stir-fry.
Ingredients – Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF
• 1/2 pound squid
• 1 cup sliced Mushrooms
• 1/2 cup Basil leaves
• 1/2 cup sliced Bok Choy
• 1/2 cup sliced carrots and pepers that are red
• 1 Tsp. coconut oil
Marinade squid in a Shiitake Mushrooms & Basil Stir Fry. Stir fry drained squid in coconut oil for short whilst, add all vegetables and stir fry for just two more mins. Add the rest stir and marinade fry for a minute. Provide with brown quinoa or rice.
