Recipe Asparagus and Red Peppers Stir Fry Authentic
Ingredients – Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF
• 1/2 pound squid
• 1 glass Asparagus
• 1 cup Red Peppers
• 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
• 1 Tsp. coconut oil
Marinade squid in a Superfoods marinade. Stir fry drained asparagus and squid in coconut oil for few mins, add most of the ingredients and stir fry for 2 more minutes. Add the rest of the marinade and stir fry for the moment. Provide with brown rice or quinoa.
