Total Prep Time: 1 hrs. 10 minutes

Ingredient List:

Velveeta cheese (16 oz, cubed)

Cream cheese (4 oz, cubed)

Rotel Tomatoes (10 oz)

BBQ Chorizo (1 lb., cooked, chopped)

suggested wood chips: Apple

Instructions:

1. Set your cigarette smoker to preheat to 250°F with wood chips.

2. Combine all your ingredients within an aluminum pan then set to smoke until your cheese completely melts (about 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes).
