Smoked fish cakes with lemon caper mayo

Ingredient List:

24 ounces BBQed fish

1 glass breadcrumbs which can be unseasoned

2 teaspoons soy sauce

4 eggs, lightly beaten

4 tablespoons dill that is minced that is fresh

Butter to fry, as required

½ cup pickle relish that is sweet

2 bell that is red, chopped

2/3 cup mayonnaise

2 teaspoons dried seasoning that is italian

2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper that is black

Directions:

1. Add fish, relish, bell pepper and breadcrumbs into  the meals processor pulse and bowl until finely chopped and well combined.

2. Transfer into  a bowl and add rest connected with ingredients except butter. Mix well and shape into patties of approximately 3 inches diameter.

3. Put a nonstick skillet over medium heat that is high. Add about 1-2 tablespoons of spot and butter patties that are 2-3 it. Cook until underneath is golden brown.

4. Flip sides and prepare the  other side too. Provide with fish tartar or sauce sauce.
