Recipe Spinach & Red Peppers Stir Fry Authentic
Ingredients – Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF
• 1/2 pound seafood that is blended
• 1 glass Spinach
• 1 cup sliced Red Peppers
• 1/2 cup chopped scallions
• 1 Tsp. coconut oil
Marinade seafood in a Superfoods marinade. Stir fry drained seafood that is coconut that is mixed for few minutes, add red peppers and stir fry just for two more minutes. Include the others of the and stir fry for the minute. Serve with brown rice or quinoa.
