6 chicken thighs
4 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon oil that is sesame
3 garlic cloves, crushed
3 scallions, finely sliced
½ Tablespoons thyme
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoons pepper that is red
1. Start by preheating your cigarette smoker to 200°F/ 93°C and soaking the timber chips. Take away the timber potato chips from the liquid then pat dry before using.
2. Clean and prepare the chicken legs and place to one component. Simply have a medium bowl and add all the spices.
