Calamari, Shrimp & Bok Choy Stir Fry

Ingredients – Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF

• 1 cup shrimp

• 1 cup Calamari

• 1 cup sliced Bok Choy

• 1 Tsp. coconut oil

Instructions:

Marinade calamari and shrimp in a Superfoods marinade. Stir fry drained calamari & shrimp in coconut oil for few minutes, add bok stir and choy fry for simply two more minutes. Add the rest stir and marinade fry for a minute. Serve with brown quinoa or rice.
