BQ Trout Recipe

- 10-12 trout fillets
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons salt or to taste
- Garlic salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon dill seeds
- 4 cups water
- ½ cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
1. Add all the ingredients into a bowl. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from the refrigerator an hour before smoking.
2. Preheat the smoker to 225°F following the manufacturer’s instructions.
3. Place the fillets on the middle rack. Smoke until an internal temperature of 145°F is reached.
