Beef Liver, Chinese Celery & Mushrooms Stir Fry
Mushrooms are a tremendously commonly used vegetable in Chinese cooking. There are many types of mushrooms you should use such as dried shiitake mushroom, wood ear, chestnut mushroom, oyster mushroom, master oyster mushroom, and more
Ingredients – Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF
• 1/2 pound beef liver
• 1 cup Chinese Celery
• 1 glass Mushrooms
• 1 Tsp. coconut oil
Marinade beef liver in a Superfoods marinade. Stir fry drained beef liver in coconut oil for couple of minutes, include all veggies and stir fry for 2 more moments. Add the others regarding the marinade and stir fry for the moment. Provide with brown rice or quinoa.
