Ingredients – Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF, V
• 2 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp sea salt

• 1 pound asparagus that is ends which can be fresh
• 2 tbsp. coconut oil
• 6 cups mushrooms
• 1/2 cup onions that are green sliced
• 2 tbsp. hazelnuts, toasted and finely sliced
