Ingredients – Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF, V

• 2 tbsp. lemon juice

• 1/4 tsp sea salt

• ground pepper that is black to taste

• 1 pound asparagus that is ends which can be fresh

• 2 tbsp. coconut oil

• 6 cups mushrooms

• 1/2 cup onions that are green sliced

• 2 tbsp. hazelnuts, toasted and finely sliced

Instructions

Add the lemon juice, 1 tbsp. of the oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl that is small.  Boil water in a pan and include the asparagus. Boil for few minutes.
